Your card will be debited when payment is authorised and before we despatch your order.
All products ordered via our web site that we have in stock will be delivered to the address specified by you at the time of ordering.
Products offered on our web site are generally available. We try to establish availability of the products ordered by you before acknowledging your order. Where a product temporarily is unavailable, you will be able, at your option, to either to wait for it to become available or to claim a refund of monies already paid.
We retain ownership of any products ordered until we have received full payment for them. However, risk in the products will pass to you upon delivery.
8. Our refund policy
You may cancel your order at any time and for any reason within 15 days of delivery of the products ordered. In this case you must notify us of your wish to cancel in writing and you must return the product(s) to us at your expense in their original wrapping, intact and accompanied by all accessories and documentation that were part of the delivery. We will refund any monies paid to us in respect of a cancelled order within 30 days of receiving your note of cancellation.

If you have any reservations or comments about the appearance or quality of our products, you should state these on our carrier's delivery statement. Alternatively, you must notify us of any complaints from you within 30 days of delivery.
